The Children's Care and Protection Data Community for Scotland

CELCIS has launched a new Community of Practice online group centred on data, The Children's Care and Protection Data Community for Scotland.

Data is an important resource that can be used to support and drive improvement in children's services. The Children's Care and Protection Data Community for Scotland brings people together to share best practice and learning on how to better collect, analyse and use data to improve the lives of Scotland's infants, children and young people in need of care and protection, and provides a space for members to connect, reflect and learn together.

CELCIS is facilitating the group to promote information sharing and discussion, and is inviting everyone with a role, remit and interest in data relating to children's care and protection to become a member of the Community of Practice.

More information and instructions on how to join are available below, or you can email carolann.anderson@strath.ac.uk with any questions.

Where is the Community of Practice hosted?

The Community of Practice is hosted through 'KHub', an online collaboration platform designed for people working across public services to exchange knowledge, experiences and ideas on how to improve services, and create connections with peers in a secure environment.

What are the benefits of joining the Community of Practice?

  • Connect and collaborate with colleagues
