Partnership Award in Focus: Re-framing Programme for Care Experienced Children
CELCIS has partnered with the Robertson Trust and Life Changes Trust on a new initiative aimed at improving public understanding of the issues affecting vulnerable children and families, and of the policy solutions available.
As part of the Robertson Trust's Innovation and Learning theme, Improving the Life Chances of Children and Young People, this project is phase one of a six-part programme to 'reframe' how children's social care (looked after children and care leavers) in Scotland is conceptualised and presented in public and political discourse.
The initial phase is being led by the FrameWorks Institute, a US based independent organisation that conducts multi-disciplinary communications research, and will conclude in March 2018.
