Amanda wins our Christmas card competition
Over 175 entries, five runners up, and one winner, our annual Christmas card competition had an unprecedented amount of entries from children in care across the country.
Amanda from East Park School scooped first prize with her amazing snowmen picture and wins a £50 voucher. There were also five runners up, who each received a £10 voucher and every entrant was sent a certificate for taking part.
Staff at CELCIS judge the competition and it's one of the highlights of our year. It took two walls in the office to display every entry.
Speaking about the competition, Claire Burns, Director of Programmes and Services said:
"A huge congratulations to Amanda for winning our Christmas card competition. We loved the painting and it makes a fantastic ecard for CELCIS. The quality and variety of entries this year was amazing and we’re delighted to have something so colourful to send to our colleagues and friends across the world.”
