Charlie McMillan is the chief executive of the Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities, the SCLD. He is also the first chair of the Scottish Network for the Reduction of Restrictive Practices. In this video he discusses the role of the Network in reducing restrictive practices across all sectors in Scotland, including the child care sector.
