The Scottish Physical Restraint Action Group (SPRAG) has responded to a Scottish Government consultation regarding section 11 (Restraint and seclusion) of the proposed Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence (LDAN) Bill.

SPRAG welcomes efforts in this proposed LDAN Bill to reduce and make unnecessary coercive forms of control, and that these efforts are based on a foundation of Human Rights.

In this response, SPRAG has referred to previous responses to Scottish Government consultations which would also be relevant to section 11 of this Bill.
