Here we provide evidence to inform the Equality and Human Rights Committee’s scrutiny of the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill (the Bill) at Stage 1. We highlight the need to ensure children, particularly those with care experience, are cared for and protected, not criminalised.
