Parents in Partnership Programme Evaluation 

The evaluation of a developing parent and carer engagement model. This aims to improve and enhance parent and carer involvement in high school, to ultimately increase children’s attainment at school.

The model is based on research of effective engagement approaches, and recommendations from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation Closing the Attainment Gap report.

A Renfrewshire Council High School and Renfrewshire Council Home Link Service implemented the model, and this evaluation shows positive outcomes for parents and carers.
