At CELCIS, our goal remains simple and ambitious.

We want to be one of the organisations that lead the way in identifying and securing positive and lasting improvements in the wellbeing of Scotland’s children in need of care and protection.

In 2016-17, we delivered a bold and ambitious programme of work, covering 169 projects, working in partnership with all 32 local authorities and more than 210 organisations across the UK and around the world.

This report showcases examples of our work from across a wide range of multi-agency partnership projects, and celebrates positive progress already being made in the lives of children, their families and carers.
