At CELCIS, our goal remains quite simple. We are determined to make a difference. We want to make positive and lasting improvements in the experiences, life chances and outcomes of Scotland's looked after children, their families and carers, and care leavers too.

To achieve our goal, we set ourselves an ambitious programme of work in 2015-16 – covering 189 projects, working in partnership with 32 local authorities and more than 408 organisations.

This report showcases examples of our work from across a wide range of multiagency partnership projects, and celebrates positive progress already being made in the lives of looked after children.
