Scottish Journal of Residential Child Care Vol 18 No 1
In this issue, we present the usual mix of peer-reviewed articles, commentaries and book reviews. We lead with an article which argues that children in care 'need adults who care for them to help them to know and accept love by overcoming their barriers against it.' The next issue, with a reflective theme, will be published to coincide with the 20th Scottish Institute of Residential Child Care conference on 4-5 June.
